Hi, our Guesthouse is located about 5 minutes walk from the Trevi Fountain and 10 minutes walk from the Colosseum and the Imperial Forums. All the other most important monuments of Rome are also easily reachable by walking.

Hi, no problem to have an iron in the room. As for the gluten-free breakfast, unfortunately given the limited spaces we are not in a position to guarantee it and we prefer not to put the health of a celiac guest at risk with a possible contamination.

Wonderful
The property was modern with access to Netflix which was brilliant when we wanted to escape the heat for a couple of hours. Hosts were great, nothing was too much trouble.

Comfortable stay in a lovey air conditioned room that felt welcoming and friendly.
Convenient location, nice modern room, good bathroom, helpful staff, Netflix provided, excellent AC, breakfast served in room. Lift was useful with luggage.
Breakfast choice a little limited, sometimes a little noisy but not too bad.
